Even though our projectiles are copper-colored, they are as green as possible!
Lead or FMJ-type projectiles can emit lead fumes and dust. Indeed, part or all of the projectile’s surface is made of lead. The mouth and lungs are the most common entry points for lead into the human body. Its presence can have harmful effects on health depending on the contamination level.
CamPro projectiles contribute to ensuring a safer shooting environment. The vast majority of our products are projectiles fully encapsulated in a thick copper layer. This coating effectively protects against lead emissions during shooting. The copper coating must cover the entire projectile and be thick enough so that the barrel’s grooves do not pierce it. Several CamPro calibers go well beyond this standard.

We are mindful of managing our water consumption and using it responsibly. Water plays a crucial role in the production of projectiles. We have invested in technologies to treat and reuse our industrial wastewater, significantly reducing our environmental impact.
We are very proud to have implemented a zero-liquid-discharge facility, which has allowed us to dramatically reduce our consumption of potable water.
