Andrej Hrnciarik was introduced to IPSC shooting at a young age by his father, who was already involved in the sport. Fascinated by it as a child, Andrej began practicing dry-fire techniques and soon participated in small local matches. Over time, his passion for the sport grew, and his desire to improve himself and perform at the highest level became his main motivation.
One of Andrej's most rewarding moments came in 2011 when heard his national anthem on the podium after winning the World Junior Championship in Greece. Andrej's training philosophy is centered around consistency, believing that steady progress and regular competition are key to success. Before each match, he listens to a specific song that helps him get in the zone and focus. Outside of shooting, Andrej enjoys cycling, skiing, and motorbiking.

Leon Dauphin discovered IPSC shooting through his father. Leon is motivated by being one of the
few junior IPSC shooters worldwide competing at a high level. One of his proudest moments was
defeating his father for the first time by 2.5%. Leon is also a member of the German KMR-Shooting-
Team, which has been a highlight of his shooting career.

A milestone in his career was winning his first national title, a moment that fueled his drive for
further excellence. With his adaptability and willingness to embrace new techniques, Martin

For Robert, the most rewarding aspects of his shooting career include meeting incredible people worldwide, traveling to new places for matches, and proudly representing his sponsors.
